Boity took to Instagram last night to tease an amapiano track. Social media users are betting that she could be the next star of the genre!
Rapper and businesswoman Boity Thulo is taking a swing at amapiano and fans are impressed. The South African Music Awards (Sama) nominee shared what she’s been working on, on her Instagram last night and she might just have a banger!

BOITY’S AMAPIANO TRACK
When she’s not making boss business moves, Boity is kicking it in the studio recording some bangers with her team.
Clips of her Instagram live made their way to Twitter. The rapper was with her manager, Bash Vision, amapiano producer Felo Le Tee and a few other members of her team.
The group could not contain their excitement when the beat of the song dropped. They instantly jammed along to the music. The 31-year-old dropped some hard bars on the song.

Some tweeps were excited about Boity dabbling in amapiano while others were a bit taken aback by the decision. The 018’s Finest rapper responded to one of the comments herself.
A tweep had asked her if she’s also doing amapiano now and she calmly responded, “Yes. Why Not?!”
One tweep wrote, “So Boity is also doing amapiano now?? lol people won’t be happy about this, but it’s the hustle!”

BOITY’S MUSIC CAREER
The entrepreneur has had bright success in music. Boity was nominated for a Sama award earlier this year for her EP, 4436. She featured the likes of Yanga Chief, Riky Rick and Reason on the project.
The project also featured her hit single featuring Nasty C, Wuz Dat. The single was her first-ever single release and it earned her a platinum plaque. She made history as the first female rapper in South Africa to go platinum.
Who knows? Boity’s amapiano single could reach platinum status!
