Donāt call too much? Zinhle on Kairo and Lynn enjoying NYC
Zinhle was meant to be with Kairo Forbes and AKAās mom Lynn in New York. Instead, she revealed theyāve asked her not to call too much.
It seems Kairo Forbes and her grandmother AKAās mom Lynn āGlammyā Forbes are enjoying their time in New York and donāt want too many calls from mom DJ Zinhle ā revealed via an Instagram Story on Wednesday 28 June.

KAIRO FORBES GOES SHOPPING IN NEW YORK
Daughter of slain rapper AKA and DJ Zinhle, Kairo Forbes is in New York on a birthday trip with AKAās mom Lynn Forbes. This will be her first birthday without her dad ā slain rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA. AKA was shot dead outside of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road on 10 February.
Kairo and Glammy were supposed to be joined by DJ Zinhle but she had āpassport dramaā in Dubai. However, Kairo and Glammy werenāt able to take their luggage to New York. So, they had to go shopping in the Big Apple. In an Instagram Reel, Kairo is seen carrying two H&M bags in her hand as she walks on the street.
āAfter momās passport drama in Dubai, I arrived in New York, without my mom and my luggage, itās been an adventure! š ,ā she wrote.
DJ Zinhle revealed that Kairo and Lynn āmoved onā from her absence and they asked her not to call too much!
āOne thing about Kai and Glammy, they will move on and tell you not to call too much,ā DJ Zinhle wrote on an Instagram Story.

WHY DJ ZINHLE IS NOT IN NEW YORK
On Monday 26 June, DJ Zinhle revealed that she would not be going to New York with Kairo and Glammy during an Instagram Live. So, DJ Zinhle was set to fly from Johannesburg, to Dubai to catch a connecting flight to New York with Kairo and Lynn. However, while at Dubai International Airport, she realised that she lost her passport.

During an Instagram Live session, DJ Zinhle revealed that she had to fly back to Johannesburg. This was because she didnāt have her passport and US visa. While Kairo and Lynn were on a flight to New York ā without their luggage.
āAs soon as I lost my passport I knew I wasnāt going to New York, which I am okay with now,ā she said during the Instagram Live video which ended as she needed to board her flight back home.
The DJ stated that the bags were in her name so Kairo and Lynn had to fly without their bags. However, she was calm and expressed that she is happy to return home to be with her other daughter Asante Mohosana and āhusbandā Murdah Bongz.
