Ex Springbok takes swipe at Malema: ‘Time is running out’
Ex Springbok AJ Venter took a swipe at EFF leader Julius Malema, after X founder Elon Musk threated to ban those who ‘advocate for genocide’.
Former Springbok AJ Venter has issued a warning to EFF leader Julius Malema amid Elon Musk’s promise to suspend X accounts that “advocate for genocide.”
The retired rugby player – who is outspoken on topics like crime, corruption, and politicians – shares his thoughts on the social media platform.
Musk – the world’s richest man – and Malema – the leader of the EFF, have been in a war of words on the platform over their views on the struggle song Kill The Boer.

EX SPRINGBOK TAGS MALEMA AFTER ELON MUSK THREAT
On Saturday, 18 November, Elon Musk warned anyone who posted threatening tweets.
He tweeted: “At the risk of stating the obvious, anyone advocating the genocide of *any* group will be suspended from this platform.”
Former Springbok AJ Venter was among many South Africans who tagged Julius Malema in the comments section.
He tweeted: “Ooooooh @Julius_S_Malema, your time is running out here, you muppet.”
NO FAN OF MALEMA
Like Elon Musk, AJ Venter is no fan of Julius Malema.
The flanker – who has made 25 Springbok appearances – has voiced his disdain for both the EFF leader and the ANC.

He’s also expressed his disgust at the lack of service delivery in his home province of KwaZulu-Natal and called for action against farm murders in South Africa.
