‘Late for everything’: Inside a ‘day in the life’ of Rachel Kolisi

Siya Kolisi’s estranged wife Rachel shared a look at a typical day in her life from her mom duties to her work responsibilities.

Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, shared a look inside a day in her life via a TikTok video on 14 February.

RACHEL KOLISI: ‘A DAY IN MY LIFE’

Mom of two Rachel Kolisi attempted the “day in my life” TikTok trend. She created a video which shows what a typical day in her life looks like. The clip opened with Rachel jumping out of bed, waking up the kids and brushing her teeth.

She then changes into her workout clothing and is then seen brushing her daughter Keziah’s hair. Rachel has two kids – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7) with estranged husband, Siya Kolisi. The pair announced their split in October 2024 via a joint statement. Rachel recently opened up about her heartbreaking Valentine’s Day.

Rachel then revealed that her daughter Keziah was not in a good mood that morning and she had a shoot. This was followed by a “usual day at work” with meetings. The day ended with a tea and a bedtime story along with prayer. Take a look…

“Okay this took tons of effort and time! A few of you said it would be nice to see what a typical day is like for me. This will give you an idea. Basically I’m late for everything – all the time 🫠,” she captioned the video.

Rachel has been married to Springboks captain Siya Kolisi for the last eight years. The pair tied the knot in 2016 and met back in 2012. Siya currently lives in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, as he plays for the Sharks. While Rachel and the kids live in Cape Town.
