‘Thank you’: Bafana’s Ronwen Williams reacts to Cape Verde win
Bafana Bafana’s captain, goalkeeper Ronwen Williams took to social media on Sunday to respond to the Cape Verde AFCON game.
The Bafana Bafana goalkeeper, Ronwen Williams took to his Instagram on Sunday, 4 February to respond to quarterfinals finale.

RONWEN WILLIAMS: REACTION
The Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Ronwen Williams thanked South Africans for their support after his team beat Cape Verde in the AFCON (Africa Cup of Nations) game.
Wiliams shared the congratulatory messages on his Instagram story including that of Cassper Nyovest and sportscaster Robert Marawa.
He thanked award-winning rapper, Cassper Nyovest for crediting him for Bafana pulling through to the semifinals.
Williams responded to Nyovest and said: “Thank you so much legend.”
South Africans also praised Williams on X, after he stole the spotlight when he thwarted four penalties by Cape Verde’s Bebe, Willy Semedo, Laros Duarte, and Bryan Teixeira.
Leadership reports that South Africa will face Nigeria in the semifinals on Wednesday, 7 February at 19:00.
