Take the DA-run City of Cape Town, for instance, where residents benefit from stable water supply systems and reliable waste removal that has been earmarked as the blueprint for all municipalities across South Africa to follow. The DA-run Kouga municipality is currently recognised as the greenest municipality in South Africa for 2024, with impressive infrastructure improvements and consistent service delivery.
