Orland Pirates are ready to promote reserves player Siyabonga Ndlozi.
The highly-rated right-back proved he has what it takes in the Buccaneers CAF Champions League clash against Al Ahly last month, providing a lively spark up-and-down the pitch.
According to reports, Orlando Pirates are preparing to offer Ndlozi a three-year contract:
“It’s an opportunity that he isn’t taking lightly, and he will make sure that he makes good use of it. The club offered him a three-year contract, and he aims to achieve the most out of it,
“The club believes in him, and he will be supported in every way possible to become one of the top players for seasons to come.”
The former TS Galaxy and Golden Arrows defender is one to watch for the future.
Broos on Mofokeng’s future
Relebohile Mofokeng has interest from several foreign suitors – Bafana coach Hugo Broos believes he will leave Orlando Pirates at the end of the season:
“Talking about Mofokeng, I just hope that he makes the right decisions. And that he is not going to a team where he won’t play.
“I see all the things around, Barcelona and Rangers and… (sighs) I’m a little bit afraid. I just hope that the people around make the choice of the best sportive solution and not the best financial solution,” Broos told iDiski Times.
“Okay, I think his parents want the best for him, that’s for sure. But there is another guy who wants to win a lot of money also, but that’s the problem. But ok, let’s hope, maybe I talked too soon about that,
“We’ll see. I think in June, Rele will not be a player of Orlando Pirates anymore, but a good choice is very important.”
