RIP: Former Sundowns and Bafana Bafana star passes away

The former Bafana Bafana defender had a promising career at the now defunct Platinum Stars before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns.

Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana star defender Siyabonga Zulu has passed away aged 31.

Zulu lost his life after his team, PheZulu FC of Mpumalanga, was involved in a car accident on Saturday.

Phezulu FC, who are campaigning in the ABC Motsepe League, also lost Nhlanhla Masina in the accident.
