Thembinkosi Lorch to Kaizer Chiefs: Latest
It feels like just the other day that Thembinkosi Lorch starred for Orlando Pirates in the Soweto derby. So, will he represent Kaizer Chiefs in the up-and-coming Soweto derby?
Kaizer Chiefs are linked with a move for Orlando Pirates great and Sundowns star, Thembinkosi Lorch.
Kaizer Chiefs are making moves with these stars heading out (exits) and more arriving (signings).
Now, the latest rumour doing the rounds see’s Amakhosi sensationally linked with Pirates great, Lorch.
CHIEFS NEGOTIATING MOVE FOR LORCH
Pirates great and Sundowns player, Lorch is now a Chiefs target.
Moreover, the talented midfielder has struggled for game time with The Brazilians.
“In what is likely to be another January transfer move of the season, Sunday World has it in good authority that Kaizer Chiefs are indeed working hard behind the scenes and engaging in talks with Mamelodi Sundowns for the signing of Thembinkosi Lorch,” SundayWorld reported.
So, the publication claims that the move is likely.
Meanwhile, with Lorch struggling for playing time the former Bafana Bafana star will be more open to the move. Ultimately, the reports claim that they are discussing a move right now. Neither Lorch nor Chiefs have commented on these links yet.
AMAKHOSI LINE UP BIG-NAME TARGETS
Oswin Appollis, Thembinkosi Lorch and Stanley Nwabili have all been linked with moves to Naturena.
However, Nwabili is unlikely to move to Chiefs with rumours having gone quiet in recent weeks. Whilst, Appollis is still a big target for Amakhosi and Orlando Pirates. Also, as mentioned, Lorch to Chiefs is a plausible move that is possible but not necessarily likely.
Finally, Chiefs have identified SEVEN red-hot transfer targets from Bafana Bafana, the PSL and abroad.
SHOULD CHIEFS SIGN LORCH? IF YES, WHY? IF NOT, WHY NOT?
